Terms of Service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between UnboundIQ Solutions - FZCO, trading as NodeVista ("NodeVista", "we", "us"), and the business that signs up to use NodeVista (the "organisation", "you"). They cover the web portal at nodevista.com, the desktop app, the phone app for iOS and Android, the support widget and SDK an organisation puts in its own app, and NodeVista's API (together, the "service"). The person who accepts them for an organisation confirms they are allowed to bind it.

1. Accounts and members
- An organisation's admins invite its members and decide what each can see and do. You are responsible for who you invite, the permissions you give them, and everything done through your organisation's accounts.
- Members must keep their sign-in details to themselves. Tell us at once at support@nodevista.com if you think an account has been used without permission.
- NodeVista is a business tool. Members must be at least 16 and use it for the organisation's work.
- The people who use your own app through NodeVista's widget or SDK (your customers) are not members and are not party to these terms; you are responsible for your relationship with them.
2. Using the service
You may use the service for your organisation's business. You must not:
- break any law, or anyone's rights, through it;
- send spam or unsolicited marketing, or contact people by email, phone or message without the consent or other legal basis the law requires;
- upload malware, try to get into other organisations' data or our systems, or test our security without our written agreement;
- overload the service, get around its limits, or scrape or copy it to build a competing product;
- use it to read websites in breach of their terms, or to collect personal data you have no right to collect;
- resell or give access to it to anyone outside your organisation without our agreement.
We may suspend an account or an organisation that puts the service, other organisations or anyone else at risk, telling you why where we can. We lift the suspension once the problem is fixed.
3. Your data
- Everything your organisation puts into NodeVista, and what the service makes from it for you, is yours ("your data"). You give us the right to host, process and show it only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
- Where your data includes personal data, we process it as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. How we handle the personal data of the people who sign in is set out in our privacy policy.
- You are responsible for your data: that you have the right to keep and use it, and the notices and consents the law requires for it.
- Each organisation's data is kept in its own database schema. You can export it at any time while the agreement lasts, and for 30 days after it ends.
- We may use anonymous, aggregated information about how the service is used (never your data's content) to run and improve it.
4. AI features
- Some features (among them Dia, beans, writing help, summaries, transcription, images and video) send the relevant part of your data to AI providers to produce an answer. They are listed in the DPA. Under our agreements with them, data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output given to others. Check it before you rely on it or send it to anyone, especially where it matters: prices, contracts, finance, legal or medical matters.
- As between us, output made for you is yours, to the extent the law lets anyone own it.
- AI agents you put in front of your customers answer in your name; you decide what they may say and do, and are responsible for it.
5. Calls, email and messages
- Calls are made through your organisation's own telephony account, and email through your own connected mailbox or domain. You are responsible for following the rules where you and the people you contact are, including telling people when a call is recorded or transcribed and getting their consent where it is needed.
- Messages, emails and notifications sent through NodeVista are sent on your organisation's behalf and in its name.
6. Connected services
You can connect services NodeVista does not provide, such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Twilio or social networks. Their own terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them or for changes they make. When you connect one, you allow us to exchange data with it as the connection needs.
7. Trial, fees and billing
- Every organisation starts with a free trial of 4 days. Choose a plan in Admin, then Billing, before it ends to carry on.
- Prices are on our pricing page: seats, a monthly base or module fees, and fees for what is used (results, tracked events, AI, calls and other usage), depending on the plan.
- We charge the card on file through Stripe once a month, for the month just gone. Every invoice is in Billing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is added where the law requires it.
- You can change plan, add or drop modules, or remove seats at any time; the plan in force when a month closes is the one that month is charged on.
- If a payment fails we will tell your admins and try again. If it is still unpaid 14 days later we may limit the organisation to reading and exporting its data until it is paid.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to your admins; the new prices apply from the first full month after that.
- Fees already charged are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep NodeVista available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted; we plan maintenance for quiet hours where we can. We improve the service all the time and may change or retire features. If we retire one your organisation pays for, we will give at least 30 days' notice and stop charging for it.
9. Our property
NodeVista, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms give your organisation the right to use the service while the agreement lasts, and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for this agreement, and share it only with people who need it for that and are bound to keep it confidential, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Ending the agreement
- The agreement runs month to month until either of us ends it. You can end it at any time by closing your organisation's account in Billing or by writing to us; the last month is charged as usual.
- We can end it with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if fees remain unpaid 30 days after they were due.
- When it ends, access stops. You can ask for an export of your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted within 90 days, apart from what we must keep by law (such as invoices).
- Sections 3, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 still apply after it ends.
12. Warranties
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we give no other promise that it will meet a particular need, be free of errors, or that AI output will be accurate.
13. Liability
- Neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Each of our total liability under this agreement in any 12 months is limited to the fees your organisation paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.
- These limits do not apply to fees you owe, to your obligations in section 2 and 14, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited, such as fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You will defend us against, and pay the costs of, claims by others arising from your data, from what you send through the service, or from your use of it in breach of section 2.
15. General
- We may change these terms. We will tell your admins of material changes at least 30 days before they apply; if you do not accept them you can end the agreement before then.
- Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over NodeVista, and will tell you if we do.
- These terms, the DPA and any order form together are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, except where the law where you are gives you a right to bring a claim there.
