How the bill works.
How does the free trial work?
Every workspace has 4 days with everything switched on, and no card needed. Add a card in Admin, then Billing, before the trial ends and nothing changes for your team.
What counts as a deal signed?
A deal that reaches a won stage in your pipeline during the month. Pay as you win charges 1% of its value, in US dollars at that day's exchange rate. A deal that moves out of won and back again is counted from the second time.
What is a qualified lead?
Each entry made through one of your NodeVista lead forms, on your website or anywhere else you embed it.
What are tracked events?
The product events your own app sends to NodeVista for analytics, tours and targeting: a sign-up, a report exported, an invoice paid. Test events are free.
Who counts as a seat?
Each active member of your team in NodeVista. Your customers, and the people who use your app, are never seats.
How are AI credits charged?
Dia, your beans and every other AI feature use credits as they work. On either plan, what was used is added to that month's invoice, and Billing shows it as it builds up, so there are no surprises.
Can we change plans?
Yes, whenever you like, from Billing. The plan you are on when the month closes is the one that month is charged on, and you can add or drop modules the same way.
How do we pay?
By card, through Stripe, once a month for the month just gone. Every invoice is in Billing to view or download. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax.
